Founded in 2004 by former Babystyle buyers Julie Khoury and Dori Rhoades, Conception is a maternity showroom based at the California Market Center in Downtown Los Angeles with a second showroom in New York's Fashion District that the company opened in September 2006.
With a bi-coastal presence, Conception
provides domestic and international retailers with expansive
showrooms featuring quality maternity apparel, as well as
accessories and personal care products by innovative designers from
the U.S. and abroad.
With the needs of fashion-minded mothers-to-be in mind, Khoury and Rhoades have amassed a strong roster of hip and fresh designers in their Los Angeles and New York showrooms.
